Project Examples
Catalyst Building
Dorse provided the air comfort solution for this 4-story building. Catalyst is served by an all-electric heating and cooling plant housed within the neighboring Morris Center. This groundbreaking system combines eight different mechanical devices to provide heating and cooling to all buildings, including Catalyst, within the larger Spokane Eco District. Designed for commercial tenant spaces and college classrooms (it houses Eastern Washington University’s Spokane campus). In addition, it houses the Mckinstry Spokane office headquarters.

Mukilteo SD Horizon Elementary
Mukilteo School Districts Horizon Elementary has a newly constructed 92,500 sqft gym space with the addition of a warmup kitchen, music room, and related support spaces. Mukilteo School District has a population of 15,000 students who live in the Mukilteo, South Everett, parts of Lynnwood, Edmonds and unincorporated areas of Snohomish County.

Reser’s Fine Foods
Reser’s is a Portland food manufacturer known for its potato salad expanded in the Mid-Columbia with a new processing plant in Franklin County, just north of the Pasco city border. Reser’s Fine Foods built a 250,000-square-foot plant on North Capital Avenue, east of Highway 395 on a 38-acre site purchased in June 2021.
